One of the most difficult pieces of retail information to find on the web is hours of operation.

While retail stores will go to any lengths to tell you how new and fresh they are, they will not easily let you find:

1. What days are they open (Mondays off, for example...)
2. What times are they open (closing time)
3. Do they serve breakfast, lunch?
4. What time is the lunch menu in effect? When does the dinner menu start?

There is nothing worse than finding a great place and going there to see that they aren't open that day, or don't serve lunch and open at 4pm.

Groupons are even worse since they don't always feature the opening/closing hours and if they are lunch or dinner specific when each "zone" is in effect.

Hence, I propose the "What Time Is It Open" website (or web service) that can universally store hours of operation and be linked to by other sites.

Enough said.
