Part of the suppression by environuts and their Peak Oil hypothesis includes excluding every oil source other than MidEastern crude.

For example Nicaragua has a 300 year supply of low grade crude, one that easily exceeds Saudi Arabia's but it's a bit more costly to extract.

Another source are Alberta, Canada's oil sands. They've been ramping up production a whole lot lately:

Your argument would be strengthened if you avoided calling
people names. It is not a valid form of argumentation.

I would like to hear more about these other sources of oil.
You've mentioned Venezuela before, using almost the same
terms, but this is the first I've heard of Nicaragua in this
context. I don't blame "environuts" or even proponents of
the peak oil hypothesis for this. I don't believe that either
of these groups have the power to suppress this information.
